Who is Canada's worst musical export?

I was listening to a classic rock station this morning. When Triumph came on, I offhandedly referred to them as Canada's worst musical export.

Gabe immediately responded with, "What about Loverboy?" I thought about it, and also came up with Glass Tiger. These two definitely trump Triumph for the "Canada's worst musical export" award, and I'm sure we're missing many others.

Who do you think should hold the title?

jeez...this is pretty easy...lets start of with bryan adams..definitly at the top of the list for me.

but right behind him i'd have to add celine dion and shania twain...

however..they did produce neil young and leonard cohen...both two of my very favorites...so perhaps it balances out?

Bryan Adams gets a pass because I kissed a girl in 8th grade while "Heaven" was playing.

Corey Hart? Wearing sunglasses at night?

And while she's a multi- multi-platinum artist, I would have to say Avril Lavigne. Not only do I think her music sucks, but after interviewing her last year, she sucks too.

I know some people love her, but Alanis Morrissette makes my list. You Americans were spared the worst of her crimes though, back when she was just "Alanis" and sang gems like "Never Too Hot".
