After a decade in the music industry, I don't get star-struck easily. But, I just bumped into George Stephanopolous in the halls of ABC, and I'm swooning. At age 32, this man was a senior advisor to President Clinton. They modeled the West Wing character Sam Seaborn after him.

I got that way when I met Rahm Emanuel. Who also inspired a West Wing character, I believe, but I'm not sure which one b/c I never watched the show.

Who was the Josh character based on? Because I am totally in love with him.
I believe Josh was the one modeled on Rahm Emanuel.
Living in DC, there are often sightings of interesting political figures. And, in one of my favorite occasions, my old law firm (before I went to the government) expanded its office space in the building and got to kick Newt Gingrich and his organization out. But Stephanopolous has always eluded me. Someday, someday.
