It's Never Easy (Real Estate Redux)
We got outbid (just barely) on our preferred house. Now, our choices are:
1. A house that's 2/3 the size in the same neighborhood for virtually the same price as the one that we got outbid on.
2. A Park Slope house that needs some serious work.
Sigh.

I almost got in touch with you. Adam and Chelsea are in NYC right now. I was too jealous about not going to see if you were available to meet them, plus I thought that might be kind of weird.
